Easy Pasta #2

Half box tri-color rotini (just a personal fave for pasta salads)
Half can of corn
1/2 bell pepper (I prefer red, but I had yellow for this photo)
1/2 can black olives
cotija cheese (to taste)
Chili powder (to taste)
Paprika (to taste)
Cilantro-Jalapeño Dressing

Bring water to a boil, cook your pasta
While pasta is cooking, chop up your bell pepper and olives
Put your drained corn, chopped bell pepper ,and chopped olives into a large bowl
Drain and rinse your pasta, add it to your bowl with the chopped stuff and corn
Crumble up that cotija cheese in there
Spring chili powder and paprika in there
Drop a couple spoonfuls of the Cilantro-Jalapeño Dressing into the bowl
Mix it all up right nice
Let chill in the fridge for a sec, or dive in right away!

Heads up, this is gonna be a little tiny bit spicy. Use all measurements as a guide, the beauty of pasta salad is you can make it whatever you want.
